Interesting Relic of Rhode island history nestled nexto Wayland Square. This is kind of like Rhode island Plymthoth Rock, where the founder of Rhode island and Providence Roger williams first landed. This monument used to be on the water, until the land was filled in to build a dunkin donuts.
When the park was built they used too much dynamite and exploded the Rock Roger williams landed on.
